General FAQs
To become a brow and or lash technician, it is important to attend a recognized training course which qualifies you to perform treatments. ELA’s fully accredited courses offer training in Threading, Classic Individual, Russian and Lash Lift, and then allows you to gain the appropriate insurance to carry out treatments professionally. Insurance is available through various bodies, including ABT, Salon Gold and The Guild. When you train with ELA, you receive a special discount code for insurance with ABT.
Booking & Refunds FAQs
Yes, if you are not able to attend, we are more than happy to offer you other course date options and move your booking free of charge.
All our courses are FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 7 days prior to the course start date. If for any reason you cannot attend the course, we can either provide alterative dates or give you a FULL REFUND.

Yes, absolutely! ELA will provide you with a full kit for the duration of the course.
During your course our experienced Educators will advise you on the best brands and wholesalers to purchase from.
Aftercare FAQs
ELA provide a FREE AFTERCARE SERVICE for all students which enables you to return for FREE REFRESHER training. Which means you can return for the same course FREE OF CHARGE.
